• The Annual Las Colinas Office Market Bus Tour. Held each year during the HP Byron Nelson Golf Championship, when all eyes are on Irving, this tour showcases Irving office properties and new developments in the community. The morning-long outing is co-sponsored with the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, or NTCAR, and attended by more than 100 brokers and developers.
  
  
• Breakfast meetings on current topics. The Chamber and NTCAR host regular breakfast meetings on topics such as area transportation initiatives and development trends in Las Colinas.
