Vanessa Segovia
Manager, Events

Vanessa Segovia is the Manager of Events for the Chamber where she oversees all of the Chamber's annual, quarterly and monthly events as well as hosts ribbon cuttings for all Business Investors. She also serves as staff liaison for the Ambassadors and Women's Alliance committees.

Vanessa is from McAllen, TX and relocated to Irving in July, 2008. Prior to joining the Chamber, Vanessa was the Advertising Director for Advanced Orthopaedic Institute in McAllen. She is a graduate of the University of Texas-Pan American, majoring in Advertising and Public Relations. Vanessa participated in the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) while in college, and her team placed 9th in the Southwest region. She's also been active in PRSSA, the Public Relations Student Society of America.

In her free time, she enjoys running, watching movies and discussing politics.
