Three new warehouse projects totaling nearly 750,000 square feet are being planned in Denton, Irving and Richardson, according to new documents submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Local brokerage Holt Lunsford Commercial appears to be attached to two of the new projects, as entities connected with each project share an address with Holt Lunsford's Dallas office.
A new 329,402-square-foot speculative warehouse called Stadium Logistics Center is being planned in Irving. As first mentioned as part of August's largest new projects to be announced, Southern California-based CT Realty is developing the $40 million warehouse. It will be located on an 18.46-acre infill site along Chemsearch Boulevard and is expected to break ground later this month, according to CT Realty.
Craig Jones and Randy Touchstone of JLL will handle leasing of the project. It has been designed by Pross Design Group, will be built by Talley Riggins Construction Group and is being financed thanks to a loan from California Bank and Trust. The project is expected to deliver in September 2021.
