Dallas-based Copeland Commercial is preparing for the next phase of a massive industrial park near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

The company has submitted plans for three more warehouse buildings at DFW Commerce Center, a planned four-building, 2.8 million-square-foot industrial park along S. Airfield Drive. The buildings will range in size from 202,492 square feet to over 1 million square feet. The first building within the park, completed in 2019, was a 1 million-square-foot speculative warehouse that was eventually leased entirely by Amazon (Nasdaq: AMZN). The property was recently listed for sale by Cushman & Wakefield.
