To keep up with demand, Bab has added 12 new trainers in the past year, now totaling 16. The Irving company provides workouts throughout North Texas, and Wilkins said he plans to expand to Austin by summer.

Workouts are tailored to clients, and trainers specialize in High Intensity Internal Training, weightlifting, yoga and Pilates.
