A big name in North Texas entertainment is helping launch five of the 25 food and fun venues set to open at the Irving Music Factory at Las Colinas, a 250,000-square-foot entertainment center that will begin opening Labor Day weekend.
Vizient, Inc. has been invited to present at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) Meeting of the 4th Mandate of the High-level Group on the Security of Supply of Medical Radioisotopes (HLG-MR) on July 12, 2017 in Paris. The presentation will focus on the role of U.S. group purchasing organizations in helping relieve some of the cost pressures associated with various impending price increases in the nuclear medicine industry.
The Four Seasons European Market celebrated the grand opening of two farmers markets in Irving. The first was at the Irving Arts Center on Saturday, July 1 and the second Heritage Crossing Farmers Market, was held at the Clock Tower on Sunday, July 2. Many people turned out to visit dozens of vendors both days, purchasing artisanal foods, fresh produce, crafts, and jewelry.
Construction started on a new Texas-style hotel next to Irving’s soon-to-be-built $113 million convention center hotel that will add nearly 150 hotel rooms in the Las Colinas Urban District.
