Cypress waters

Valley Ranch is also experiencing major growth through its Cypress Waters development. 

Cypress Waters is a lush 1,000-acre master-planned development in the western sector of Valley Ranch is built around 362-acre North Lake. The 1,000-acre parcel includes office, retail and multi-family.

The pedestrian-friendly community has 814 apartment and townhomes with many amenities including pools, children’s playground, fitness center, community room and bocce ball court.

The initial phase of retail will have 15 restaurants and 45,000 square feet of storefront retail.
