The mission of Leadership Irving-Las Colinas is to identify, educate, and develop future leaders and to motivate these leaders for civic, charitable, and community involvement.

Each class is conducted over a period of eight months, from September through April. After the initial team building retreat, the class typically meets on the first Friday of each month for a full eight-hour day. Leadership Irving-Las Colinas class members can miss no more than 8 hours of class days.

Program Goals:

  • Foster more effective, well-rounded leaders.

  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders of various Irving-Las Colinas industry segments.

  • Educate participants on plans for the future growth of the Irving-Las Colinas region.

  • Build a stronger community by developing the bonds between the future and current leaders of North Texas.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

November 5, 2021:
Education

December 3, 2021:
Leadership Development

January 7, 2022:
Business & Economic Development

February 4, 2022:
Government & Transportation

March 4, 2022:
Emergency Preparedness and Public Safety 

April 1, 2022:
Healthcare & Leadership Planning

Spring 2022:
Graduation

The tuition fee is $1,500. As a valued supporter, member-investorof the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce will receive a discounted tuition rate of $1,400.
