Global Merchandiser Expands Operations within Irving

Bioworld Merchandising, a global manufacturer and distributor of licensed apparel and accessories, is expanding its footprint within Irving.

The company just signed a 123,844-square-foot lease at 2650 Rental Car Drive near the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, according to Transwestern. The newly built warehouse is part of the 2.02 million-square-foot Passport Park, built last year by joint venture partners Trammell Crow Co. and CBRE Global Investors. Bioworld will join mattress company Sealy at 2650 Rental Car Drive, who leased about 585,000-square-feet in early 2020.

Transwestern Principal John Fulton and Associate Clayton Johnson provided tenant advisory services on behalf of Bioworld, with additional support from Principal Nora Hogan and Senior Vice President Jordan Wade. Steve Trese and Steve Koldyke with CBRE represented the landlords.
