A California-based shipping and logistics firm is making a major expansion in North Texas with a Las Colinas office lease.
Pasha Group has leased 45,228 square feet of offices in the Urban Towers on Carpenter Freeway in Irving.
The San Rafael-based global company is quadrupling the size of its Las Colinas office with the new lease.
Founded in the late 1940s, Pasha Group has operations in North America, Europe and Asia serving clients in the automotive industry, maritime services and other logistics.
The firm specializes in vehicle shipping.
“They currently have an office with approximately 8,300 square feet in Las Colinas at 500 John Carpenter Freeway,” said Matthew Hickey, senior vice president of TIG Real Estate Services.
