Irving-Based Vizient Acquires Intermountain’s Group Purchasing Arm, Intalere

Irving-based health care supply chain company Vizient has completed the acquisition of Intermountain Healthcare’s group purchasing organization, Intalere, the North Texas company said Thursday.

Salt Lake City-based Intermountain, a 24-hospital health system, announced in November plans for health care services company Vizient to acquire Intalere.
