The Dallas Business Journal is revealing the 51 finalists for the Best Real Estate Deals of 2020.
Judges from various commercial real estate sectors vetted nominations that featured the very best of what the industry had to offer last year. After reading nominations, judges evaluated deals and then discussed their findings and observations before choosing the finalists.
Deals are named as finalists to particular categories, and each of the 16 categories has a winner. Winners will be revealed live at the Best Real Estate Deals awards event from 6-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 23 at the Fairmont Dallas.
Microsoft Irving-Las Colinas Campus was named a finalist in the “Rehab/Reuse” category.
