Fuzzy’s Taco Shop has tapped Scott Shotter as its chief operating officer.
Shotter most recently served as the president of Condado Tacos. He also worked with Fuzzy’s Taco Shop CEO Paul Damico at Moe’s Southwest Grill and held the vice president position. Together the pair helped oversee the growth of the food brand from 200 to 700 units from 2009 – 2016.
