The tallies are in, and the finalists for the Best Real Estate Deals of 2021 have been selected.
Fifty-one transactions in a rebounding year in North Texas commercial real estate will be vying for the No. 1. spot among 18 categories – and that’s not to mention Deal of the Year, a Lifetime Achievement Award winner and a special distinction for an area developer.
The Deal of the Year, along with the winners for each of the categories, will be announced on the evening of April 20 at the annual Best Real Estate Deals Awards event. Swope will also be highlighted at the event.
