Dilweg, a Raleigh-Durham-based real estate firm with an expansive footprint across the Sunbelt, announced its first acquisition in Texas on Monday, according to a news release.
The company said it has acquired Royal Tech Business Park in Irving. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The business park consists of 11 single-story buildings totaling approximately 622,000 square feet and has office, lab and warehouse space. It also has a 9.2-acre vacant land parcel adjacent to I-635.
