The winners of the Best Real Estate Deals of 2021 have been revealed, along with honors presented to this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Jeff Swope; Deal of the Year and a new recognition for philanthropy.
CHRISTUS Health was named the Best Suburban Office Development for their new headquarters in Irving-Las Colinas. DFW Park 161, which is a development that spans about 200 acres right outside the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, was named Best Industrial Development.
