A biotech firm has leased a block of office space in Las Colinas.

Caris Life Sciences has taken 37,000 square feet of space in the VariSpace Las Colinas office complex on State Highway 114 and Walnut Hill Lane. The medical firm lease is part of 128,000 square feet of new leases in the more than 300,000-square-foot office campus.

Caris Life Sciences is an Irving-based molecular science and medical technology company. In April, the firm opened a new laboratory in Phoenix. Caris Life Sciences focuses on cancer treatments and also has offices in New York, Denver, Tokyo, Japan and Switzerland.
