A Gas Station Taqueria Chain Will Open a New Restaurant, The Reserve, in Irving-Las Colinas

The owners of a gas station taqueria chain are opening a new restaurant in Irving’s Las Colinas.

Called The Reserve, the restaurant will serve elevated and authentic Mexican fare, specializing in food from Taxco, a town southwest of Mexico City.

The Reserve is an extension of Taqueria Taxco, which opened in 2009 in a small gas station in east Dallas. Owner Monica Reza now runs 18 locations across Dallas-Fort Worth, all at gas stations.

This is the second location for The Reserve, which is run by Reza and partner Vivek Sharma. The first opened earlier this year at the Dallas Farmers Market, and a third location is planned for Euless.
