Pei Wei Asian Diner has signed a new long-term lease in Irving.
The fast-casual spinoff of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro will remain near DFW International Airport, moving from 6191 N. Highway 161 to the Class B Westway One building at 1707 Marketplace Drive. The property is owned and operated by Hartman Income REIT Management Inc.
The corporate headquarters location will take down about 10,693 square feet. The third-floor space will include standard offices, in addition to flex and open space for hoteling, hotdesking or cubicles.
Harrison Burt, who sits in JLL’s Dallas office, represented Pei Wei in lease negotiations, while Allison Fannin of Hartman represented the landlord.
