Houston-based Archway Properties is breaking ground on Royal 114, a Class A industrial park in Irving, according to a news release.
The four-building Class A development will total 429,027 square feet and is located near DFW Airport. Situated along State Highway 114 and West Royal Lane in Irving, the development has extensive frontage and has excellent ingress and egress.
Brett Owens and Clayton Johnson of Houston-based Transwestern Real Estate Services will provide leasing services for the project, which is scheduled to begin construction this summer and deliver in the first quarter of 2023.
