Irving-Based New Western to Hire as it Expands into Orlando Market

Irving-based New Western is expanding to Orlando with a lofty goal.

New Western said it will create new jobs in Central Florida as it strives to facilitate $639 million worth of local residential real estate deals by 2027. The company made Orlando its latest expansion market, announcing on July 11 that it opened an office at 300 S. Orange Ave.

New Western buys and sells distressed residential properties from and to local real estate investors who will rehab the property to rent out or re-sell. The company operates a marketplace with a significant private source of distressed investment properties and sells to over 100,000 investors within its platform.

The company will hire agents as it grows, General Manager Chad Ellis told Orlando Business Journal. The company lists two open Orlando agent positions on its website, but Ellis said more roles are likely to come open. “We provide training, mentorship and established career paths for our employees. Our hiring is based on business demand, and we regularly create and fill positions based on our aggressive growth goals.”
