Irving’s FleetPride Acquires Pennsylvania Automotive Parts Provider

Keystone Spring Services, a family-owned provider of automotive parts and services with locations in Pittsburgh and Portersville, has been acquired by Irving-based Fleetpride.

The business, which is owned by brothers Greg and Jason Valant, was founded in 1973 by Edward Valant Sr., Edward Valant Jr. and Chuck Haugh. It provides specialized parts and services in suspension, wheel end, driveline, hydraulics and full truck parts.

FleetPride Inc is a distributor of truck and trailer parts with a network of over 300 locations.
