Wells Fargo to Open Corporate Campus in Irving-Las Colinas

Tuesday, Wells Fargo announced it will construct a multi-tower regional corporate office campus in Irving-Las Colinas.  The Fortune 41 company is the third-largest bank in the U.S. by assets, with $1.79 trillion as of February. It serves one in three U.S. households and more than 10% of small businesses in the country. The project consists of two 10-story, 400,000 SF Class A office towers. The overall development is expected to cost $436MM, exclusive of the purchase price for the property and TIF funded improvements.
