Flex office is coming to quaint downtown Irving.
Common Desk plans to open a 44,000-square-foot location at 400 East Irving Boulevard in a lease agreement with Sunwest. Sunwest plans to tear down a one-story retail building to construct the co-working office for $4.7 million, or almost $107 per square foot.
Dallas-based Common Desk plans to open there in mid-2023.
WeWork purchased Common Desk this year as a means of expanding the publicly traded company’s brand in Texas.
