The City of Irving is inviting residents to participate in two surveys aimed at gathering insights into the availability and quality of internet and cellular services across the city. The surveys, which opened on October 21, 2024, will help city officials assess the current state of these essential services. Residents can complete two brief surveys: one focusing on internet usage and the other on cellphone usage. Each survey is expected to take around five minutes to finish. Participation is open to all Irving residents and community members aged 18 and older, with the surveys closing on November 22 at 11:59 p.m.
