C-III Capital Partners has relocated its regional headquarters within Las Colinas from 5221 N. O’Connor Blvd. at Williams Square to 6031 Connection Drive.
The company, which also operates a regional headquarters in New York City, has already moved into its new 10,000-square-foot space, which will house 40 employees. Tom Lynn and Zach Stevens of NAI Robert Lynn, along with Jay Olshonsky of NAI Global, represented the tenant. Sarah Kennington and Bryce Jackson of Thirty-Four Commercial represented the landlord, Piedmont Office Realty Trust.
Founded in 2010, C-III is a fully-diversified asset management and commercial real estate services company. It owns several businesses, including the $4 billion C-III Investment Management, commercial real estate brokerage NAI Global, and The Planning and Zoning Resource Company (PZR), the nation’s largest and oldest established zoning due diligence firm.
