Irving-Las Colinas is getting a new 147-room hotel just west of the Irving Convention Center and Toyota Music Factory entertainment district.
The AC Hotel by Marriott boutique hotel will be constructed on a more than two-acre site on John Carpenter Freeway, south of Hidden Ridge Drive. It will include a full-service restaurant, rooftop bar and more than 3,000 square feet of meeting space.
The hotel is a project of Irving-based Whitestone Hospitality. The firm already has more than two dozen hotels in North Texas.
