Irving-based Nexstar Media Group Inc. is buying a digital video advertising business for $90 million to serve its growing network of local television stations and websites.

Email security provider Mimecast (Nasdaq: MIME) has expanded its presence in its Dallas-Fort Worth office and will look to double its headcount there within the next six to 12 months.

The UK-based company, which has its North American headquarters in Boston, tripled its DFW office space to 17,000 square feet in Irving.

“If we wind forward three to five years … we think we’ll have a pretty meaningful and significant presence in Dallas,” Mimecast CEO Peter Bauer told the Dallas Business Journal.

United Kingdom’s Ieso Digital Health, which just won two prestigious innovation awards, is establishing a U.S. headquarters in Irving as it works to expand its mental health care model throughout the U.S.

Fluor Enterprises Inc., based in Irving, has been awarded an $831 million contract for power grid repair efforts in Puerto Rico.
